Notes:

1 General Casual Conversational Interpretation: tourism, business escort;

2 General business interpretation: echnical exchange, business negotiation, engineering field, technical visit, technical training, exhibition, etc.

3 Formal negotiation interpretation: formal business, technical discussion, academic lecture, forum, etc.

Remarks:

1. Daily working hours for interpreters are 8 hours/day/person;
2. The interpretation fee is calculated from a half day (4 hours) as a starting point. If more than 4 hours but less than 8 hours, it is calculated as 1 working day; if more than 8 hours, 20% of the interpretation fee is additionally charged;

3. If traveling is  involved,  all transportation, catering and hotel expenses of interpreters shall be payable by client.

4. Price of interpretation for special professions or minority languages is negotiable.

Remarks:
1. Due to limited availability of simultaneous interpreters, booking 2 weeks in advance is requested;

2. Daily working hours for interpreters are 8 hours/day/person;

3. Simultaneous interpretation fee is calculated from 1 working day as a starting point; overtime work shall be additionally charged by multiplying number of extra hours with the unit price above stated;

4. If traveling is involved, all transportation, catering and hotel expenses of interpreters shall be payable by client；

5. As simultaneous interpretation is a highly demanding task, any conference interpreting task exceeding 30 minutes shall be completed by 2 interpreters who take turns at work.
